Move the total, tap a cost, and watch the numbers follow.

Drag the slider to change the total and see what is left. Tap any line to move it from estimate to booked to paid, the way you would when a quote turns into a contract. Six sample lines; the real budget does the same sums over every cost you add. Nothing you do here is saved.

What is still unallocated, and a clear warning the moment you go over.
Still to pay
Booked but unpaid costs add up to one figure you can plan cash around.
Where it goes
The biggest lines side by side, so you can see what the venue and catering take before the rest.

16 currencies, from USD, EUR and GBP to AUD, NZD, CAD, CHF, JPY and the Nordic kronor. Every amount uses the one you choose.
Print a summary
One page with every line and its status, for the two of you or a parent who is helping.

Budget questions

How does the wedding budget tracker work?

You set one total for the wedding, then add each cost as a line: venue, catering, photographer and so on. Every line is an estimate, booked or paid. The page adds them up against your total and shows what is left to spend, what is booked but not yet paid, and how much is still only an estimate.

What happens when we go over budget?

The overview turns from on track to over budget and shows exactly how far over you are. Nothing is blocked. You can trim a line, move a cost back to an estimate or raise the total when you and your partner agree to.

Which currencies can we use?

16 currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, NZD, CAD, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN, CZK, JPY, SGD, INR and ZAR. You choose one for the wedding and every amount on the budget, the dashboard and the printed summary uses it. Change it later and untouched starter estimates are re-priced for the new currency.

Can we share the budget with a parent who is helping?

Anyone you add to the wedding sees the same budget as you. For a parent who only wants to see the numbers, the print page puts every line and its status on a single sheet, or saves as a PDF from the print dialog.
