A shared checklist with owners and due dates.
Start from a suggested checklist paced to your wedding date, or from an empty list. Give each task to one of you. Overdue tasks come first, and the dashboard shows only what is next.

Tick things off and watch the progress move.
Eight sample steps. Your own list starts from the suggested checklist or from scratch, with the categories you choose. Nothing you do here is saved.

How the list works
- A suggested start
- Tick a box when you create your wedding and the tasks most couples need are there, with due dates worked back from your date. Prefer a blank list? Leave it unticked.
- Due dates
- Add a date and the nearest unfinished tasks rise to the top. Overdue work is marked in red.
- Notes
- Keep the useful detail with the task instead of searching for it later in messages.
- Owners
- Assign a task to either partner or to anyone else on the wedding. The list shows who is handling what.
- Your own tasks
- Add your own tasks, group them by category, choose due dates, leave notes and assign the work. Nothing forces your wedding into a template.
- Progress
- See what is complete, active, due soon or overdue. Close a task when it is done, reopen it if not.
Checklist questions
Does AlmostWed come with a pre-filled wedding checklist?
Only if you want it. When you create your wedding you can start with a suggested checklist of the tasks most couples need, paced from your wedding date, or start with an empty list. Every suggested task is an ordinary task you can edit, reassign or delete.
Can we share and assign wedding tasks?
Yes. Everyone on the wedding uses the same list, and each task can be assigned to either partner or another member. Everyone sees the current status instead of keeping separate copies.
Can I add due dates and notes?
Yes. Each task can have a category, due date and notes. Open tasks with the nearest due dates rise to the top of the dashboard, and overdue tasks stay clearly marked.
Can I edit, complete or remove tasks?
Yes. You can change the title, category, due date, status, assignee or notes, mark a task complete, reopen it or delete it when it no longer belongs in your plan.
